You can stick to your home food to achieve
fitness. If your medical practitioner has
subscribed specific supplements due to
deficiencies, you can go ahead with it.
Shakes can be taken if you seek convenience.
But none of these are needed on a compulsory
basis if you are seeking for general
fitness. KD recommends complete whole food
concepts.

long journey. KD doesn’t believe in crash
dieting or extreme practices to achieve
quick results. She insists on a sustainable
fitness journey that will keep you fit
forever. These three days are meant for you
to understand the science behind fat loss
during the personal consultation and to

tasks. The next level program will be
suggested as an opportunity in the review
