Growth Consultant - How It Works
Junior GC
Timeline to KPI: 1-2 months
Role: - Set appointments and qualify leads for closers.
Monthly KPI: 2000-2500 leads - 150 applications/month - 60-80 live calls for closers - 5-7 closes - 10% or higher appointment-to-close ratio.
Base Salary: Rs 20-30k - Commission: 5% on cash collected per sale. Example: Rs 70k sale = Rs 3500 commission. Total expected: 30-50k(Base+Incentive)
How to get promoted: Produce a minimum of 3-5 closed sets while achieving a 10% or higher appointments booked to closure ratio in 1-2 months
Senior GC
Timeline to KPI: Month 2-3
KPI: 250-300 applications/month - 80-120 Zoom calls/month - 10-15 closes/month - Expected commissions: Rs 7,000 for a Rs 70k + 18% product. - Total expected earnings: Rs 70k–1.25L/month depending on fresher or experienced
