I was just like most mothers who look into the mirror to find someone else when marriage, kids, work and life happens. Years passed...One fine day, I decided to become fit and more importantly the best happy version of myself with my 7 years of experience in the health industry. My participation in Mrs. South India was to make a statement that a Mom can Love and Cherish herself!
